Overview

The GP series of flotation clean coal produced by our company, in addition to having the general advantages of domestic similar products such as low moisture content of the filter cake, high filtration coefficient, small floor space and low energy consumption, has been further optimized in design by combining German and American technologies. Through practical application, it has been proved that the main technical and performance indicators of this product have reached the advanced level of domestic similar products. This model has been optimized in terms of overall performance and comparability among various components in accordance with the characteristics of the flotation clean coal dewatering process. Compared with traditional filters, it has a larger processing capacity, lower moisture content, a longer service life, and can maintain a good working condition for several years.



The main technical features are as follows

1.Based on some of the shortcomings of the existing filter fans, the new type of filter fan we have designed features uniform distribution of water removal holes, reasonable porosity, high strength (the filter fan material is high-strength engineering plastic), long service life, with an average increase of 1 to 1.5 times, and a long service life of the filter cloth. Meanwhile, the effective area of the filter fan is relatively large, which enhances the processing capacity of the filter machine.

2. The filtrate tube has a large number of filtration surfaces and a large volume of the distribution head and abdominal cavity, which improves the air extraction rate and the effect of filtrate discharge.

The interface between the filtrate tube and the filter fan adopts the technology independently developed by our factory, eliminating the aging factor of the anti-leakage rubber gasket at the original flange connection and reducing the possible air leakage points by 90%.

3. The stirring shaft adopts horizontal forced variable-speed stirring, and the shaft end uses a triple flexible sealing method of "rubber, packing, and water seal", effectively preventing slurry leakage.

4. It adopts specially made wear-resistant boron cast iron friction plates, which combine rigidity and flexibility, providing excellent sealing performance and a service life of over ten years.

5. The original design of the equipment where each filter disc, 20 filter fans and filter plates were held and positioned in one plane by two 1800-arc-shaped pressure blocks was changed. Instead, 20 180-arc-shaped small pressure blocks were continuously interlocked to hold and position the filter fans in one plane. It reduces the workload of maintenance personnel when replacing filter fans or filter cloths, and significantly lowers the labor intensity.

6. The transmission features stepless speed regulation, which is adjusted according to the concentration and flow rate of the material (AC speed-regulating motor or frequency converter) to achieve the desired working effect.

7. The dry oil pump provides centralized multi-point automatic lubrication to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. The filter cloth cleaning device maintains a good dehydration effect.
