If a mobile suction disc is used for suction, the filter cloth and filter paper should be attached to the surface of the outer suction disc, then placed on the upper part of the pulp, and the valve should be opened. Clear water can then be extracted.
7. To prevent water from flowing back into the vacuum system when the machine stops, the valve should be closed first and then the pump should be stopped.
After the work is completed, if the pump is not to be used for 1 to 2 days, the screw plug at the bottom of the cover must be opened to drain all the water in the pump, and then the machine can be stopped. The plug must be tightened when in use.
8. After the disc vacuum filter has been idle for a long time, before restarting it, the motor protective cover should be removed. Rotate the motor fan blades by hand to make them rotate flexibly before starting.
