MAIN TECHNICAL FEATURES

Tank body part

The tank body part adopts the box-type extension method, raising the overall liquid level of the tank by 10 centimeters. At the same time, the connection short pipe between the filter fan horn head and the filtrate pipe has been redesigned and modified, allowing the joint of the filter fan and the filtrate pipe to extend 10 centimeters below the liquid level of the slurry in the tank body. Combined with the latest convex O-ring seal, the problems of multi-point leakage and unstable vacuum degree have been completely solved. After startup, rapidly increase the vacuum degree and maintain it above 0.06MPa. It significantly reduces the moisture content of the filter cake, increasing the processing capacity of the filter by about 20%. At the same time, the effective material-carrying area of the filter fan is completely located at the position where the material in the tank is stirred most evenly, thereby ensuring the material-carrying effect and the flatness of the filter fan's material-carrying.

Combining some defects of the existing filter fans in use, we have designed a new type of filter fan (Patent No. 201320029818.7) : it increases the effective area of the filter fan and enhances the processing capacity of the filter machine; The dehydration holes are evenly distributed, with a reasonable porosity. The Angle between the direction of the ribs and the centerline of the filter fan is more reasonable, and the fluid resistance is small. At the same time, the internal support of the filter fan is reinforced to the greatest extent reasonably to ensure the smooth flow of filtrate and prevent the filter fan from deforming during long-term high-pressure operation. All filter fans are made of brand-new white ABS composite engineering plastic without any recycled materials added, and can be used normally for 2 to 3 years.

Tank body part

In the past, the tank beneath the stirring shaft of the disc filter press did not have measures that could provide long-term and effective protection, resulting in the tank beneath the stirring shaft being worn through within a relatively short period of time. For the above situations, a corundum wear-resistant coating has been developed. This wear-resistant material uses a high-molecular binder to apply corundum to the steel plate at the bottom of the tank below the stirring shaft of the filter machine, preventing the steel plate of the tank from being worn. The steel plates of the tank body without wear-resistant coating are worn through in as short as eight months. However, after applying the wear-resistant coating, the service life can reach 3 to 5 years, which increases the operation rate of the filter and extends its service life.

The filtrate tube section

The main shaft filtrate pipe is made of high-strength wear-resistant ceramic composite steel pipe (wear-resistant ceramic thickness ≥4mm), and the entire pipe is sintered with wear-resistant ceramic lining, which has a service life 3 to 5 times longer than that of ordinary steel pipes. Short tubes can be lined with wear-resistant coatings to effectively extend the service life of the filtrate tubes.

Stir the shaft head parts at both ends and seal them

The main mixing system adopts a blade type mechanical mixing form, but the high-speed operation of the mixing shaft requires a high sealing system. Therefore, a comprehensive and targeted upgrade has been made to improve the machining accuracy of the mixing shaft, ensure the concentricity of the three-stage connection of the mixing shaft, and control the swinging degree during the working process. At the same time, the self-developed "rubber, disc root, water seal, magnetic" quadruple combination sealing flexible connection method is adopted, which completely solves the problem of leakage and water running in previous disc filters. The mixing shaft and blades can be lined with wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, greatly increasing the service life of the mixing system.

Allocate the head section

By scientifically improving the distribution head and air distribution plate, the dehydration area and anti blowing discharge area of the filter disc of the filter machine are reasonably configured. Change the feeding trajectory and time so that the filter cake can fall onto the conveyor belt below the filter machine within the specified unloading time. Compared with the effective discharge rate of about 60% -70% in the original process (the remaining 30% -40% of the filter cake returns to the tank for repeated filtration and dehydration), the actual production capacity of the filter machine has been greatly improved, and the current effective discharge rate requirement is to reach over 95%.

Transmission part

By using a cylindrical gear reducer, the transmission torque can be increased by three times compared to the original cycloidal pinwheel reducer. The spindle and mixing drive adopt frequency converter speed regulation, which adjusts according to the concentration and flow rate of the material to achieve uniform cake thickness and ideal working effect.
